Our Story
Nita has transformed this ancestral home into a gracefully designed vacation rental property. Built-in circa 1913, not only does The Gwendolyn have historic bones, it also has a long history. Built for and first owned by Nita’s great great-grandmother, Callie Prince, passed on to Nita’s great-grandmother, Della Elizabeth, then to Nita’s grandmother, Gwendolyn Emanuel, and now, Nita is the owner.
